| Martin Hinteregger, Partner Martin has more than 20 years of broad experience in various areas of investment banking (mainly Equity Capital Markets and M&A) and held executive management positions from 2000 onwards. Martin’s personal track record for public deals lists nearly 100 transactions in nine different countries with an aggregate deal size of EUR 26bn. Today, Martin combines the worlds of advisory, management and investment in an unparalleled way to the advantage of his clients. Martin is also Co-Founder/Partner of L42 Capital Partners GmbH and holds various supervisory board mandates. He is presenter and trainer at capital markets events or workshops and holds a degree in business administration from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and a CEFA diploma.  | Eva Degenhart, Partner Eva is a Senior Supply Chain Finance specialist with over 20 years of banking experience in various management and expert positions at major Austrian Financial institutions (Unicredit, Erste Group). She is known for hands-on development, sales and management of different types of investment and corporate banking products. Eva is shareholding partner at MHCF and heads the SCF consulting services. Being among the first to introduce successfully an Approved Payables product in an Austrian bank she lead multiple roll-outs of new SCF solutions in Austria and CEE, incl. complex SCF syndication deals. She enabled SCF Strategy set-up, lead IT vendor selection projects and advises commercial and development banks in MENA, Western Africa and Asia for their SCF product proposition and implementation. Eva regards knowledge as important ingredient for quality results, for both the clients and herself. She loves to innovate, continuously has an ear on what happens in the SCF community and likes to share and discuss the findings. Eva is a beknown speaker and trainer at international SCF conferences. She holds a master degree in business administration from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and a CEFA diploma. In her spare time her running shoes and mountain bike keep her fit, and she enjoys cooking with friends.  | Michael Würdinger, Corporate Finance Advisory Michael is a true expert in corporate finance focusing on structuring and execution of a broad range of transactions including ECM, M&A and special situations for private and institutional clients. Over many years Michael has co-worked with Martin on a number of exiting deals, including some of the biggest privatizations of Romanian utility corporations. Before joining MHCF Michael was Head of Corporate Finance and ECM for Austria and Germany at Erste Group where he led a large number of capital markets and M&A transactions in Austria, Germany and CEE. Besides his engagement with MHCF he is also a Partner of L42 Capital Partners and runs a number of Real Estate development projects on his own account. He holds a degree in law (University of Vienna) and a degree in business administration from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. Privately, Michael is a passionate Martial Arts practitioner and trainer for over 30 years and a dedicated hunter.
